2026 Shabat Lion Deluxe – Desert Sand – Medium Aging
Shabat Guitars is a family-owned American boutique manufacturer specializing in handcrafted custom electric guitars and basses. Shabat instruments combine classic inspiration with high-end craftsmanship and an extensive range of customization options.
The Lion Deluxe is one of the most versatile guitars in the Lion family. While retaining the familiar T-style silhouette, it expands considerably on the traditional formula with pickup options including P-90s and humbuckers. Separate volume and tone controls for each pickup provide a much broader tonal palette than a traditional T-style layout.
This particular example was ordered in a beautiful Desert Sand nitrocellulose finish with Medium Aging. The matching headstock, Parchment pickguard and aged nickel hardware create a cohesive, understated vintage look.
The guitar features an alder body, hard maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. A comfortable Medium C profile, 9.5″ radius, 21 Dunlop 6105 frets and 25.5″ scale provide a familiar and traditional playing feel.
A pair of Lollar P-90s gives this Lion Deluxe more body and midrange than a traditional single-coil setup while retaining the openness, dynamics and touch sensitivity that make a great P-90 so distinctive. A Gotoh 6-Saddle Hardtail completes the specification.
