The \u201968 Custom Reissue has long been regarded as one of the most distinctive Les Paul models in the Gibson Custom Shop lineup. Compared to traditional Burst-style Les Pauls, it offers a more aggressive tonal response, faster attack, stronger midrange and the luxurious visual style associated with late-\u201960s and early-\u201970s Les Paul Customs.<\/span><\/p>\n

About the \u201968 Les Paul Custom Reissue<\/span><\/h2>\n

The original 1968 Les Paul Custom marked the return of the Les Paul model after several years out of production. It quickly became an iconic rock guitar and remains one of the most desirable Gibson models ever made.<\/span><\/p>\n
